A dressing best used for roasted meats but good on anything.
Homemade Chimichurri Sauce:
Ingredients:
- Lemon basil, thyme, rosemary, and oregano (fresh from the garden)
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Finely chop the fresh herbs and mix them together.
- Season the herbs with a pinch of salt and a dash of pepper.
- Combine thoroughly and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Drizzle the homemade chimichurri sauce over the dish before serving.
