  1. Start by cleaning the bacon, removing any skin and pieces of bone or cartilage if necessary. Season the bacon with your preferred seasoning.

  2. Bake or grill the bacon until it becomes crispy. This will give it a delightful crunch.

  3. While the bacon is cooking, bring a pot of water to a boil and add a few cloves of garlic to infuse flavor into the water.

  4. Once the water is boiling, add the Spirelli pasta and cook until it’s al dente.

  5. Remove the pasta from the water and set it aside.

  6. After the bacon has become crispy, cut it into small cubes or crumble it into bits.

  7. In a mixing bowl, combine the crispy bacon with the homemade Chimichurri sauce.

  8. Toast some nuts or chop them into pieces, depending on your preference.

  9. Mix everything together, including the toasted nuts.

  10. Serve your delicious Chimichurri Pasta Salad and enjoy!
