Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes.
  2. Put the eggs in cold water to cool them down.
  3. Meanwhile cut the pickles and silver onions into small pieces.
  4. When the eggs are cooled peel and mash them with a fork.
  5. Add everything together and mix well.
  6. Season with pepper and salt.

Enjoy your homemade egg salad, perfect for sandwiches or as a side dish!
