A yoghurt based sauce with garlic and parsley, perfect for dipping or as a sauce for grilled meats.
Ingredients:
- Yoghurt any kind will do.
- Garlic
- Parsley
- Olive oil
- Salt & pepper
- Teaspoon Gahram masala
Instructions:
- Chop the garlic and parsley together finely
- Mix the garlic and parsley with the yoghurt
- Add the garahm masala and stir well
- Add a few drizzles of olive oil
- Season with salt and pepper to taste
- Let the sauce sit for a while to let the flavors develop
