Italian tomato salsa
Ingredients:
- Tomatoes (Cherry and San Marzano)
- Garlic
- Sjalots
- Olive oil
- Balasmic vinegar
- Bruschetta seasonings
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Cut the sjalots finely
- Cut the garlic finely
- Put the sjalots and garlic together with the balsamic vinaigrette in a bowl This allows the sjalots and garlic to cook a bit.
- Add the bruschetta seasonings
- Quarter the cherry tomatoes and add on top.
- Chunk up the San Marzano tomatoes and add on top.
- Add olive oil and mix together.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
