Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Cut the sjalots finely
  2. Cut the garlic finely
  3. Put the sjalots and garlic together with the balsamic vinaigrette in a bowl This allows the sjalots and garlic to cook a bit.
  4. Add the bruschetta seasonings
  5. Quarter the cherry tomatoes and add on top.
  6. Chunk up the San Marzano tomatoes and add on top.
  7. Add olive oil and mix together.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
