Lemon honey sauce

Ingredients:

• Lemon(s)
• Runny honey
• Olive oil
• Salt

Instructions:

1. Squeeze the lemon(s) into a bowl
2. Add the oilive oil and mix until emulsified
3. Dissolve the honey in the mixture, less is more here so add bit by bit
4. Season with salt to taste
